Her expertise spans Manufacturing, Healthcare, IT, Pest Management, Food & Beverages, Government Agencies, MNCs, and HR-related sectors, where she has supported organizations in streamlining operations and driving sustainable growth. She specialises in talent management, HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and organizational development, consistently improving productivity and workforce efficiency. As a Certified HR Practitioner, she brings strong strategic HR expertise and business solutions that support organizational growth and operational excellence. With exposure to global markets including the USA, Canada, APAC, Latin America, and Europe, Raja has consistently delivered high-quality business intelligence and verified lead generation solutions. Saisanjay Ravi
Head of Accounts, Finance & Administration - India
Saisanjay Ravi leads the Accounts, Finance & Administrations division for India at YS Management Services and Consultation, bringing over six years of expertise in accounting, financial management, taxation, auditing, administrations and compliance. With a strong background in managing end-to-end financial operations, Sanjay has extensive experience in financial reporting, GST and TDS compliance, budgeting support, reconciliations, and audit coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Eco Chem Laboratories Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, he plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
