With over 11 years of experience in Human Resource Management and business operations, Yuvanisha Sandra leads YS Management Services and Consultation in delivering scalable, customised workforce solutions across Malaysia and India. Her expertise spans Manufacturing, Healthcare, IT, Pest Management, Food & Beverages, Government Agencies, MNCs, and HR-related sectors. She specialises in talent management, HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and organisational development. As a Certified HR Practitioner, she brings strong strategic HR expertise that supports organisational growth and operational excellence.

With over four years of international experience spanning the USA, Canada, APAC, Latin America, and Europe, Raja leads Operations and Administration with a precision-driven analytical approach. He has worked with technology companies, IT service providers, startups, venture capital firms, and MNCs — delivering high-quality business intelligence, lead generation, and data validation solutions.

Head of Accounts & Finance — India
Sai Sanjay leads the Accounts & Finance division for India with over six years of expertise in accounting, GST and TDS compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and audit coordination. Currently serving as Senior Accountant at Eco Chem Laboratories Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. His industry exposure spans Manufacturing, Hospitality, Agritech, Construction, and Real Estate.
Uthayasurian Mani
Head of Accounts & Finance — Malaysia
Uthayasurian leads the Accounts & Finance division for Malaysia with over eight years of experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial management across Malaysia and Singapore.
